个人简介:
博士生导师,教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者,哈佛大学访问学者。长期从事能源环境经济与二氧化碳减排政策研究。主持承担国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金、中澳国际合作项目等。在Nature Climate Change, Energy Policy, Ecological Economics等期刊发表学术论文60余篇,合作出版中英文专著5部,获省部级二等奖3项,被采纳政策建议报告20余份。
